Jemigah LLC operates PMP Mastery Lab at www.pmpmasterylab.com. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described here.


2. Information We Collect

  • Account data: Your email address and a hashed password, stored securely via Supabase Auth.
  • Usage & exam data: Exam attempts, question responses, scores, domain breakdowns, session timestamps, and practice history. This data powers your analytics and personalized study recommendations.
  • Payment data: Billing is handled entirely by Stripe. We never receive, store, or process your credit card number, CVV, or banking information.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, and session cookies used solely for authentication and security.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To create and manage your account
  • To deliver your exam results, analytics, and personalized recommendations
  • To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset)
  • To process payments securely via Stripe
  • To analyze aggregate, anonymized usage patterns to improve question quality and platform features
  • To comply with legal obligations

We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to any third party.


4. Data Storage & Security

Your account and exam data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted on secure, SOC 2-compliant cloud infrastructure. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms and are never stored in plain text.

While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no system is completely secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.

6. Cookies

We use essential session cookies required for authentication. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but this will prevent you from staying signed in.

We retain your account and exam data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

PMP Mastery Lab is not directed at individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. For material changes, we will notify you by email or in-app notice before they take effect.
