We offer a 7-day full refund on Premium — no questions asked, as long as you haven’t completed more than one full simulation.
Subscription Policy
Because PMP Mastery Lab provides immediate access to digital study materials, exam simulations, analytics, and premium features, subscription payments are generally non-refundable.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
If you experience technical issues or believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact support and we will review your case individually.

We want you to feel confident subscribing to Premium. PMP prep is a real investment of time and money, and we stand behind the quality of our platform. If it’s not right for you, we make it easy to get your money back.
Digital Product Policy
Premium ($59.99/year) is a digital subscription that provides immediate access to premium features upon payment — including Sets B & C, topic-level analytics, and the adaptive difficulty engine. Because access is granted instantly, we apply the following refund conditions.
Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You request it within 7 days of your purchase date
- You have not completed more than one full exam simulation (Set B or Set C)
We reserve the right to decline refund requests where the content has been substantially consumed or where the request appears to be made in bad faith.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@pmpmasterylab.com with:
- The email address associated with your account
- Your purchase date or Stripe receipt reference
- A brief reason (optional — helps us improve, but not required)
We process approved refunds within 5 business days. Funds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
Request a RefundExceptions
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Requests made more than 7 days after the purchase date
- Accounts found to have violated our Terms of Service
- The free Starter Plan (no charge applies)
